     Chad Delannoy was as the private yacht captain for the R Scott Bell family for over 13 years, ensuring their comfort, safety and enjoyment. In 2012 while on a family trip to Avalon, Captain Chad disposed of illegal drugs brought onto the vessel by Alessa Bell, the owners daughter. Captain Chad was fired a few days later. 

He would not sign the NDA Scott Bell insisted on. 

      Mr Delannoy was very familiar with numerous unscrupulous business practices and history of tax evation Mr Bell is responsible for. Mr Bell went on the offensive attack with the sole purpose of destroying character and life. Mr Bell assembled his team of high dollar attorneys to plot, plan and execute. Why would someone spend countless hours and money, hundreds of thousands, to destroy another person?
